How are the vases shipped?

The vases will be safely packed in a sturdy cardboard box and shipped with DHL GoGreen. We prioritize the use of eco-friendly materials and refrain from using plastic.

How long does delivery take?

For delivery addresses within Germany, the delivery time after receipt of payment is 1-5 working days.

When shipping abroad, the time may be extended by a few working days. If you would like further information, our customer service will help.

What are the shipping costs?

From an order value of 49 Euro shipping within Germany is free of charge. Below this order value, the shipping costs are 4.90 euros.

In other EU countries, shipping costs are 9.95 € or 14.95 €, depending on the country.

Do you also ship to Switzerland? What do you have to consider?

We also ship to Switzerland ✓. The shipping costs are 9.95 euros. From an order value of 150 € we deliver free of shipping costs to Switzerland.

Please note the following for customers from Switzerland:

German VAT of 19% does not apply to orders to Switzerland.

In return, Swiss customers receive an invoice from DHL for the customs clearance fee and Swiss VAT of 8.1%.

As a customer from Switzerland, you can order a vase set worth €230 from us.

German VAT is not applicable at the checkout.

You pay us:

  • Value of goods without VAT: 193 €.

You will receive an invoice from DHL for:

  • approx. 18 € customs clearance fee
  • approx. 16 € Swiss VAT

✓ In total, the set cost you approx. 227 €.

Can I change the delivery adress afterwards?

The delivery address can be changed subsequently before the package has been sent. To do this, write a message to our customer service or call us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes when paying by invoice.

Is shipping to a packing station possible (in Germany)?

Shipping to a packing station is possible. In addition to the name, the postal number (can be found in the DHL customer account), the packing station number, the city and the postal code must also be entered in the address field.

Shop & Ordering

What payment methods are there?

You can currently use the uncomplicated payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or alternatively place your order by prepayment, instant bank transfer (Pay Now via Klarna) or on account (via Klarna).

How do I place my order?

Once you have found your favorite vases in the store, you can select both the number of vases and the desired color in the menu. Put the vase you want in the color you want in the shopping cart with one click. From there you can go to the checkout or continue shopping.

Can I change my order later?

You can still change the order before it has been sent by us. Simply write us an email or call us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address when paying by invoice.

Can I view the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order in your customer account. We will also send you an order confirmation and, as soon as the order has been shipped, an email with the link for tracking the shipment.

Where can I find the invoice?

We send an invoice as a PDF file by email.

For payment methods that include payment before shipping, the shopping cart will be redirected to the relevant payment service provider. If you pay by invoice, you will also be contacted by Klarna.

How can I order a voucher?

Select the desired amount on the product page(find here), add the voucher to the shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout.

Discount codes cannot be used for the purchase of a voucher.

With the payment method "prepayment", the voucher will only be sent by email once the money has been credited to our account. For all other payment methods, it is available immediately.

Delivery

Once payment has been received, the voucher will be sent directly to you by email. You can print it out straight away as a practical last-minute gift.

How can I redeem a voucher?

A voucher can be redeemed within a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period, the credit expires. A voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase of further gift vouchers.

Vouchers can be redeemed at checkout. You can access the corresponding field via the link "Click here to enter your voucher code" in the checkout area. You can also redeem several gift vouchers in succession when placing your order.

If the value of the gift voucher exceeds the amount of the order, please select "Prepayment" as the payment method. The remaining balance will be retained. It will be credited to the voucher code and can be used for further purchases until the end of the validity period.

If the invoice total exceeds the value of the voucher, the amount of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount after entering the code. You can pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.

If goods paid for with a gift voucher are returned, the refund will be made in the form of a new gift voucher. A cash refund is not possible.

How can I redeem a discount code?

A discount code is valid for the duration of the discount promotion. It can be redeemed in the same way as a normal voucher code.

Discount codes can be redeemed at checkout.

There you will find the link "Click here to enter your voucher code".

Enter the discount code and it will be automatically deducted from the invoice amount.

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other. Cash payment is not possible.

I am ordering as a company from another EU country. What do I need to bear in mind?

If you order as a company located in the European Union, no VAT is charged on orders outside Germany.

To do this, enter your correct VAT ID (sales tax identification number) on the checkout page.

Please note that you must enter your country and your company name in the same form beforehand so that the automatic verification of your VAT ID works.

You will then not be charged VAT, as this is an intra-Community delivery.

The Vases

How are the vases made?

Modern 3D printing technology is used to produce the ICONIC HOME vases.

This is how the extraordinary and delicate structure of the vases can be created - while at the same time being very light. We paid particular attention to sustainability and quality when it came to the material used. - a bio-plastic made from corn starch - we have paid particular attention to sustainability and quality.

What material are the vases made of?

The 3D vases from ICONIC HOME are made of polylactide (PLA for short), which is also colloquially known as polylactic acid and is often referred to as “bio-plastic ”. PLA is made up of lactic acid molecules that are created during the fermentation of corn starch or sugar cane.

Although PLA does not grow on trees or bushes and is therefore produced synthetically, it is biodegradable due to its ingredients and is therefore a great alternative to non-degradable plastic with similar properties.

Why are high temperatures damaging the vases?

If the vase is exposed to high temperatures (e.g. in direct sunlight behind a window), the material can lose stability, causing the vase to warp. A series of tests carried out over a few weeks came to the conclusion that this can happen , but does not happen in every case.

However, we expressly point out that there is a possibility that the vases can deform at temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius.

Can I put water in the vases?

The 3D printing vases themselves are not waterproof due to their manufacturing process. Water would leak out through the vase. Since a vase wouldn't be a real vase if you couldn't offer a place to water a bouquet of fresh meadow flowers or a long-stemmed rose, there are our special waterproof inserts. Such an insert is supplied free of charge with every vase.

The insert is cylindrical and can be filled with water. Due to its narrow shape, it only has slightly less filling volume than the actual vase. So remember to place the insert before using the vase with water.

If the vase is only filled with dried flowers, you obviously do not need it - but you should of course keep it.

Are the vases compostable or recyclable?

Yes, basically yes. The vases are biodegradable and can be composted in an industrial composting plant in a controlled environment using microorganisms. This means that although the vases are compostable, you should not simply throw them on the compost heap at home.

Ideally, it won't get that far, as you'll hopefully be able to enjoy your vase for a long time to come! If you are still thinking about disposal, please contact us.

How are 3D vases cleaned?

The vases from ICONIC HOME must not be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, they can be gently washed off with lukewarm water.

The insert can be cleaned in the dishwasher up to 65°C.

Colors & Dimensions

What colors are there?

The vases are available in 9 colors. The tones range from subtle to strong, from light to dark.

You can either choose your favorite color from the trendy colors or you can combine several vases and colors. The colors of the vases have been chosen so that they match each other perfectly.

How big is a vase?

Each vase comes in three sizes. The exact dimensions can be found on the product page.

The sizes of the vases are coordinated so that all vases of the respective size (small, medium, large) are of similar height. Depending on the model, the actual height varies by a few centimeters. Depending on the model, the actual height varies by a few centimeters.

Large vases: 32 - 38 cm high
Medium vases: 26 - 32 cm high
Small vases: 20 - 24 cm high

The scented vases are available in two sizes:

Fragrance vases: 15 cm - 17.5 cm high

The vases are also designed so that they can be perfectly combined with each other even in different sizes.

How much does a vase weigh?

Due to the manufacturing process and the “bio-plastic” used, the vases offer significant advantages over ceramic or glass vases, being notably lightweight and shatterproof.

Large vases: 750 g - 1250 g
Medium vases: 450 g - 620 g
Small vases: 180 g - 325 g

How much do the vases hold?

The vases themselves do not have identical volumes due to their different shapes and sizes. However, if you want to fill the vases with water, you should use the included cylindrical insert, which can be inserted into the neck of the vase.

For a creative selection, the ICONIC HOME vases are available in five different elegant shapes, which are based on classic vase shapes that have been given a modern twist for the 3D manufacturing process. Each shape is also manufactured in three sizes.

The room fragrance set

How do scented vases differ from other vases?

Two models from the normal vase series are also available as scented vases. These are the SPHERE and PURE models.

However, the scented vase variants differ from the normal vases in two respects:

  • the scented vases are smaller (height 15 cm - 17.5 cm)
  • the scented vases have a glass insert especially for the scented oil

Tip: The scented vases can be recognized by their black vegan leather band, while the normal vases have a lighter band.

What does a room fragrance set consist of?

A room fragrance set consists of:

  • Scented vase (two models available)
  • Glass insert for the vase
  • 7 black fragrance sticks
  • Signature" room fragrance (quantity of your choice)
How does the principle work?

The principle of the fragrance vases corresponds to that of a room fragrance diffuser with fragrance sticks.

The fragrance sticks are simply placed in the fragrance oil and then absorb it. Through evaporation (according to the principle of diffusion), they release the fragrance on contact with the air.

The intensity of the fragrance can be controlled by the amount of fragrance sticks - the more sticks, the more intense and vice versa.

We recommend filling the glass tube 2/3 full with the supplied fragrance or another room fragrance and adding 5 fragrance sticks.

What needs to be considered?

The scented v ases are smaller versions of the SPHERE and PURE vase models. The same instructions apply to the scented vases as to the other 3D printed vases:

  • The vase should not be placed near heat sources or in direct sunlight
  • The vase itself is not waterproof, room fragrance or water should only be poured into the glass insert
  • The vase does not belong in the dishwasher and should not be cleaned with hot water

Make sure that the fragrance oil does not come into contact with eyes, skin or sensitive surfaces and that it is not placed in the direct vicinity of heat sources. It should not be stored or positioned within reach of children.

An information sheet with ingredients and instructions is enclosed with every order.

How can the fragrance be described?

The "Signature" fragrance included is cruelty-free and vegan.

The ingredients are high-quality fragrance oils, water and ethanol.

The fragrance can be described as pleasantly vanilla, woody and exotic.

It was produced by experienced perfumers in Germany and is our favorite ICONIC HOME fragrance.

What colors are the scented vases available in?

The scented vases are available in 9 beautiful colors - just like the large vases in the collection. The color can be selected on the product page.

How big are the scented vases?

Scented vase SPHERE small

12.2 cm wide and 15 cm high. With fragrance sticks, the arrangement has a height of approximately 27 cm.

Scented vase SPHERE large:

14.2 cm wide and 17.5 cm high. With fragrance sticks, the arrangement has a height of approximately 30 cm.

Fragrance vase PURE small:

8 cm wide and 15 cm high. With fragrance sticks, the arrangement has a height of approximately 27 cm.

Scented vase PURE large:

9.2 cm wide and 17.5 cm high. With fragrance sticks, the arrangement has a height of approximately 30 cm.

Can the fragrance or vase be purchased separately?

The fragrance can easily be ordered individually. We offer two sizes for reordering: 250 ml and 500 ml

250 ml is sufficient for up to 3 months.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the vase without fragrance.

Where can the scented vase be used?

Thanks to their handy size, the fragrance diffusers fit perfectly on tables, shelves, chests of drawers or wall ledges.

For a creative effect, the fragrance diffusers can also be combined with the other vases in the ICONIC HOME collection.

Exchange & Complaints

Return or exchange the vase

The vase should be sent to us well packed in its original condition and with sufficient postage. If possible, please also use the original packaging. Please contact our customer service in advance and announce the return or let us know whether you would like an exchange.

Even if there is something to complain about and you therefore want to return the vase, we will of course be happy to help.

How long do I have to return it?

Within the scope of a 30-day right of withdrawal, the vase can be vase can be returned to us in its original condition with sufficient postage.

I received an incorrect delivery

Be sure to contact our customer service. We will then arrange everything else for the exchange.

The delivery arrived damaged

It is important to take pictures of the damage, including any damage to the packaging. Then contact our customer service. We'll be happy to take care of it!

The order has not arrived

After the vase has been shipped, we will send you a link to track your shipment. In most cases this will shed some light on the matter, but unfortunately in some cases it ends up in the spam folder. Just to be on the safe side, take a look there.

Of course, you can send us a message or call us at any time if you haven't received the delivery. We will then search for it together with you and take the necessary steps in the event of loss.

I lost the waterproof insert

That is not a problem. Contact our customer service and we can send you the appropriate separate insert, even without a vase. Provide us with the size and model of your vase so that we can send the right insert.

I have another problem

If you are dissatisfied with your vase or there is a problem that is not listed here, our customer service is the right person to contact. We are also happy to address problems and questions individually.
