§ 1 General
ICONIC HOME is a registered word/image trademark of Designscape Creative GmbH in the EU. IconicHome.com is an online shop for designer vases operated by Designscape Creative GmbH.
Designscape Creative GmbH, Kreuzstr. 9-23, 66589 Merchweiler (hereinafter referred to as “ICONIC HOME”) offers goods, particularly 3D printed designer vases, for sale via the internet pages of IconicHome.com.
§2 Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between ICONIC HOME and a consumer in their version valid at the time of ordering.
(2) For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
§3 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders through our online shop https://iconichome.com.

(3) The presentation of goods on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation for consumers to order goods. By placing an order, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process provided on our website.
The order is made in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the “Add to Cart” button
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the “Checkout” button
5) Logging in or registering on the online shop
6) Review or correction of the respective entered data
7) Binding submission of the order
The consumer can correct their entries before submitting the order or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at https://iconichome.com/terms. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account > -> My Orders .
§4 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are added separately.
(2) The consumer has the following payment options:
- (1) Invoice
For purchases on account, the invoice amount is due for payment to our external partner Klarna on the calendar day specified in the invoice (14 calendar days after the invoice date). The payment method “purchase on account” is available to private customers from Germany and Austria and requires, among other things, a successful credit check by Klarna GmbH. If the customer is allowed to purchase on account for certain offers after a credit check, the payment processing is done in cooperation with Klarna GmbH, to whom we assign our payment claim. In this case, the customer can only make payments to Klarna GmbH with discharging effect. We remain responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g., regarding the goods, delivery time, dispatch), returns, complaints, declarations and returns of revocation, or credits, even when purchasing on account via Klarna. (3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, they are obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§5 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch within 1-7 working days. The vases offered by ICONIC HOME are produced for you using the 3D printing process upon receipt of the order.
(2) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, we will not ship the goods until payment has been received.
§6 Retention of Title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Designscape Creative GmbH, Kreuzstr. 23, 66589 Merchweiler, Email: info@iconichome.com, Tel: (+49) (0) 6825 / 4049264) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

§8 Complaints
In the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will exchange your product. In the event of a justified complaint, the postage costs incurred will be reimbursed by ICONIC HOME.
§9 Processing and quality
The designer vases are made using the 3D printing process from PLA based on renewable raw materials. We expressly point out that the vases are only suitable for indoor use. They must not be exposed to temperatures greater than 40°C. Likewise, they must not be exposed to direct sunlight. There is a risk of deformation due to high temperatures or strong sunlight. Each vase is individual due to the 3D printing process. Small grooves and irregularities are typical for this method of production and do not constitute a defect. A legally binding assurance of specific properties cannot be derived from our information. The colors indicated are approximate values and may slightly differ from the screen representation. All items in our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights.
§10 Limitation of Liability
The designer vases made from PLA are intended for use with dry flowers. They are not waterproof. When used with fresh flowers, the included insert made of polypropylene (PP) must be used. The recyclable insert made of PP is also produced using the 3D printing process. It must be checked for tightness before each use with water.
The vases are delivered without any flower decoration shown. The color, size, and design are binding and cannot be complained about later.
Claims for damages, especially due to negligence when concluding a contract, positive breach of contract, and unauthorized action, are excluded both against ICONIC HOME and against its agents or vicarious agents, if the damage was not caused intentionally or through gross negligence. The limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at thislink to the European Commission’s platform.
We are not obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not take part in such proceedings.
§11 Applicable law
German law applies exclusively. This choice of law only applies to a consumer to the extent that it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence or domicile.
