Shipment
The vases will be safely packed in a sturdy cardboard box and shipped with DHL GoGreen. We prioritize the use of eco-friendly materials and refrain from using plastic.
For delivery addresses within Germany, the delivery time after receipt of payment is 1-5 working days.
When shipping abroad, the time may be extended by a few working days. If you would like further information, our customer service will help.
For ordersover 49 euros shipping within Germany is free of charge. For orders below this value, shipping costs are 4.95 euros.
In other EU countries, shipping costs are 9.95 € or 14.95 €, depending on the country.
We also ship to Switzerland ✓. Shipping costs are 9.95 euros. For orders over 150 €, we offer free shipping to Switzerland.
Here’s what customers from Switzerland need to know:
For orders shipped to Switzerland, the German VAT of 19% is deducted.
Instead, Swiss customers will receive an invoice from DHL for the customs fee and the Swiss VAT of 8.1%.

As a customer from Switzerland, you order a set of vases worth 230 € from us.
At checkout, the German VAT is deducted.
You pay us:
- Item value without VAT: 193 €.
DHL will invoice you for:
- Approximately 18 € in customs fees
- Approximately 16 € in Swiss VAT
✓ In total, the set will have cost you around 227 €.
The delivery address can be changed subsequently before the package has been sent. To do this, write a message to our customer service or call us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes when paying by invoice.
Shipping to a packing station is possible. In addition to the name, the postal number (can be found in the DHL customer account), the packing station number, the city and the postal code must also be entered in the address field.
Shop & Ordering
You can currently make payments using PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card or place your order on invoice.
Once you have found your favorite vase(s) in the shop, you can choose both the number of vases and the desired color in the menu. Put the vase you want in the color you want in the shopping cart with one click. From there you can go to the checkout or continue shopping.
You can still change the order before it has been sent by us. Simply write us an email or call us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address when paying by invoice.
You can view the status of your order in your customer account. We will also send you an order confirmation and, as soon as the order has been shipped, an email with the link for tracking the shipment.
We send an invoice as a PDF file by email. For payment methods that include payment before shipping, the shopping cart will be redirected to the relevant payment service provider. If you pay by invoice, you will also be contacted by Klarna.
If you are ordering as a company located within the European Union, no VAT will be charged for orders outside Germany.
Please enter your correct VAT ID (Value Added Tax Identification Number) on the checkout page.
Make sure to first enter your country and company name in the same form so that the automatic validation of your VAT ID can work.
No VAT will be invoiced to you as this qualifies as an intra-community supply.
The Vases
Modern 3D printing technology is used to produce the ICONIC HOME vases. This is how the extraordinary and delicate structure of the vases can be created - while at the same time being very light. We paid particular attention to sustainability and quality when it came to the material used. The material is Polylactic acid (PLA) – a bio-plastic –produced from maize or dextrose.
The 3D vases from ICONIC HOME are made of polylactide (PLA for short), which is also colloquially known as polylactic acid and is often referred to as “bio-plastic ”. PLA is made up of lactic acid molecules that are created during the fermentation of corn starch or sugar cane.
Although PLA does not grow on trees or bushes and is therefore produced synthetically, it is biodegradable due to its ingredients and is therefore a great alternative to non-degradable plastic with similar properties.
If the vase is exposed to high temperatures (e.g. in direct sunlight behind a window), the material can lose stability, causing the vase to warp. A series of tests carried out over a few weeks came to the conclusion that this can happen , but does not happen in every case.
However, we expressly point out that there is a possibility that the vases can deform at temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius.
The 3D printing vases themselves are not waterproof due to their manufacturing process. Water would leak out through the vase. Since a vase wouldn't be a real vase if you couldn't offer a place to water a bouquet of fresh meadow flowers or a long-stemmed rose, there are our special waterproof inserts. Such an insert is supplied free of charge with every vase.
The insert is cylindrical and can be filled with water. Due to its narrow shape, it only has slightly less filling volume than the actual vase. So remember to place the insert before using the vase with water.
If the vase is only filled with dried flowers, you obviously do not need it - but you should of course keep it.
Basically yes. The vases are biodegradable and can be composted in an industrial composting plant in a controlled environment using microorganisms. This means that even though the vases are compostable, you shouldn't just throw them into the compost heap at home.
Ideally, it won't get that far, as you'll hopefully be able to enjoy your vase for a long time to come! If you are still thinking about disposal, please contact us.
The vases from ICONIC HOME must not be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, they can be gently washed off with lukewarm water.
The insert can be cleaned in the dishwasher up to 65°C.
Colors & Dimensions
The vases are available in 9 colors. You can either choose a favorite color from the trend colors or combine several vases and colors together.
Each vase comes in three sizes. The exact dimensions can be viewed on the product page.
The sizes of the vases are coordinated so that all vases of the respective size (small, medium, large) are of similar height. Depending on the model, the actual height varies by a few centimeters. Depending on the model, the actual height varies by a few centimeters.

The vases are also designed so that they can be perfectly combined with each other even in different sizes.
Due to the manufacturing process and the “bio-plastic” used, the vases offer significant advantages over ceramic or glass vases, being notably lightweight and shatterproof.
Large vases: 750 g - 1250 g
Medium vases: 450 g - 620 g
Small vases: 180 g - 325 g
The vases themselves do not have identical volumes due to their different shapes and sizes. However, if you want to fill the vases with water, you should use the included cylindrical insert, which can be inserted into the neck of the vase.
For a creative selection, the ICONIC HOME vases are available in five different elegant shapes, which are based on classic vase shapes that have been given a modern twist for the 3D manufacturing process. Each shape is also manufactured in three sizes.

The Room Fragrance Set
The room fragrance set consists of:
- Vase (12.2 x 15 cm)
- Glass insert for the vase
- 7 black fragrance sticks
- Room fragrance "Signature" (quantity of choice)
The principle of the fragrance vase is similar to that of a room fragrance diffuser with fragrance sticks.
The fragrance sticks are simply placed in the fragrance oil and absorb it. Through evaporation, they release the scent upon contact with air (according to the principle of diffusion).
The intensity of the fragrance can be controlled by the number of fragrance sticks used - the more sticks, the more intense the scent, and vice versa.
We recommend filling the glass tube 2/3 full with the provided or another room fragrance and using 5 fragrance sticks.
Die Duftvase ist eine kleinere Version des Vasenmodells Sphere. Auch für die Duftvase gelten also die selben Hinweise wie für die übrigen 3D-Druck-Vasen:
- Die Vase sollte nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen oder in direktem Sonnenlicht stehen
- Die Vase selbst ist nicht wasserdicht, Raumduft oder Wasser sollten als nur in den Glaseinsatz eingefüllt werden
- Die Vase gehört nicht in die Spülmaschine und sollte nicht mit heißem Wasser gereinigt werden
Beim Duftöl ist zu beachten, dass es nicht mit Augen, Haut oder empfindlichen Oberflächen in Berührung kommt und nicht in direkter Nähe zu Wärmequellen aufgestellt wird. Er sollte nicht in Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahrt oder positioniert werden.

The included fragrance "Signature" is cruelty-free and vegan.
The ingredients consist of ethanol, high-quality fragrance oils, and water.
The scent can be described as pleasantly vanilla, woody, and exotic.
It was created by experienced perfumers in Germany and is our ICONIC HOME favorite fragrance.

The fragrance vase is available in 9 beautiful colors - just like the large vases from the collection. The color can be selected on the product page.
The fragrance vase is 12.2 cm wide and 15 cm high. With fragrance sticks, the arrangement has an approximate height of 23.5 cm.
The fragrance can easily be ordered separately. We offer two sizes for reordering: 250 ml and 500 ml.
250 ml lasts up to 3 months.
Thanks to its compact size, the fragrance diffuser fits perfectly on tables, shelves, dressers, or wall ledges.
For a creative effect, the vase can also be used as a fragrance diffuser in combination with other vases from the ICONIC HOME collection.
Exchange & Complaints
The vase should be returned to us in its original condition . If possible, please also use the original packaging. Please contact our customer service in advance and announce the return or let us know whether you would like an exchange.
Even if there is something to complain about and you therefore want to return the vase, we will of course be happy to help.
As part of a 14-day right of withdrawal, the vase can be returned to us in its original condition with sufficient postage.
Be sure to contact our customer service. We will then arrange everything else for the exchange.
It is important to take pictures of the damage, including any damage to the packaging. Then contact our customer service. We'll be happy to take care of it!
After the vase has been shipped, we will send you a link to track your shipment. In most cases this will shed some light on the matter, but unfortunately in some cases it ends up in the spam folder. Just to be on the safe side, take a look there.
Of course, you can send us a message or call us at any time if you haven't received the delivery. We will then search for it together with you and take the necessary steps in the event of loss.
That is not a problem. Contact our customer service and we can send you the appropriate separate insert, even without a vase. Provide us with the size and model of your vase so that we can send the right insert.
If you are dissatisfied with your vase or there is a problem that is not listed here, our customer service is the right person to contact. We are also happy to address problems and questions individually.

Unfortunately that is not possible. We currently do not offer any custom-made products. However, our customer service can help you with creative ideas and alternative solutions.
Currently ICONIC HOME is exclusively an online shipping company for 3D vases.
